Every SUPRENT product is engineered to perform at the highest level. Our warranty exists because we're confident it will — and if something goes wrong on our end, we own it.
Warranty Periods by Product
From the date of purchase, the main unit is covered for one year. Accessories are covered for one warranty service during the warranty period. Failures due to accidental damage, unauthorized repairs, improper storage, or other man-made damage are not covered.

Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues
All quality-related defects on items sold directly by SUPRENT or authorized SUPRENT resellers are covered, starting from the date of purchase.
SUPRENT's limited warranty is restricted to the country of purchase and is void on items taken outside the country they were originally bought in or shipped to.
For quality-related claims, items will be replaced with a factory refurbished model of equal value when available, otherwise a new item will be sent. Where replacement is not available or preferred, SUPRENT will offer a partial refund based on usage time. Warranties on replacements follow the same timeline as the original item, or 3 months after replacement — whichever is longer.
How to Claim
- Provide sufficient proof of purchase
- Document the issue with photos or video showing the defect
- Provide the defective item's serial number
- It may be necessary to return the item for quality inspection
Valid proof of purchase includes: order number from SUPRENT or an authorized reseller, sales invoice, or a dated receipt showing the product description and price.
Not Covered Under Warranty
- Products without sufficient proof of purchase
- Lost or stolen products
- Items past their warranty period
- Non quality-related issues after 30 days of purchase
- Free products or giveaway items
- Repairs through third parties
- Damage from misuse, falls, extreme temperatures, water, or improper operation
- Purchases from unauthorized resellers
