How long will delivery take?

We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 working days of order confirmation. All SUPRENT & SUPRENT PRO products are shipped via USPS & Amazon Logistics. Please allow 3–5 working days for delivery after dispatch. Orders for spare parts are shipped via 4PX or USPS from China — please allow 8–10 working days for delivery.

How much does delivery cost?

We offer FREE delivery on all US orders over $39.99. Orders under $39.99 are charged a flat rate of $5.99. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order qualifies.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery in real time via the carrier's website.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, our standard shipping applies to US orders. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at support@suprent.com and we will do our best to assist you.

How can I return my items?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Please contact us at support@suprent.com within 30 days of your delivery date to initiate a return. Returns must include all original accessories and packaging. The return address will be provided via email once your request is confirmed.

When will I receive my refund after returning an item?

Once we receive and confirm the condition of the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 working days back to your original payment method. You may contact us at any time for a status update.

Will I be refunded the return postage cost?

We offer FREE returns via USPS within 30 days of purchase for quality-related issues. For non-quality-related returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

What is not covered by the 30-day guarantee?

The 30-day satisfaction guarantee does not include shipping fees, customs fees, or any other additional charges. Products received through giveaways and purchases from unauthorized retailers are not eligible.

What condition must items be in for a return?
