What's Covered

What's Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or drops
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g. blade dulling over time)
  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers
  • Products received through giveaways

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please fill out the form below or contact us at support@suprent.com with the following information:

  • Your full name and order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or video showing the defect

Our team will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days.
